Training Leaders for an Exploding Church

I am privileged this week and the first part of next week to be here at the Graduate Studies Center on the East Africa School of Theology campus in Nairobi Kenya with 18 master’s level students teaching Leadership Training Models. These students are God’s choice servants ministering in a variety of leadership capacities across East Africa. We have been enjoying some great times of interaction, sharing with each other and developing our own leadership capacities. We are also discussing ways we can raise up even more pastor-leaders for the 21 Assemblies of God churches that are currently being planted EVERY DAY across this great continent.
