Guests will arrive on the afternoon of  Thursday, October 10th.  Please be sure to arrive and get settled in time to meet by 4:00 p.m. for our walk to the famous Carmines Italian Restaurant in Times Square before enjoying a Broadway production of your choice!

‍On Friday,  we will set aside time for fellowship and a breakfast buffet starting at 9:00 a.m. followed by our meeting at 9:30 a.m. You will then be free all of Friday afternoon and evening to explore the city streets of NYC, relax at the hotel, or enjoy the many opportunities for shopping.

You can plan to  check out Saturday morning, October 12th, but you are welcome to arrive earlier or stay later at your own expense. If that is your preference, please indicate those dates on your registration form so that we can request that the group rate be extended to you for the additional nights. You will be able to pay for any extra nights as you check out.
