Guinea is a majority Muslim nation. The Evangelical church has traditionally been small and concentrated among a few ethnic groups. Today we are seeing a wonderful wave of the Spirit happening in the Assemblies of God churches in Guinea. Under the leadership of Rev. Jonathan Ballah Leno, they are seeing significant church planting take place. In the last five years they have grown from 70 churches to 239. There is a great need to raise up pastors and church planters to disciple those coming to faith. The need is great! In order to accommodate the increasing number of students at the Kouriya Bible School, a three-story dorm is needed for a total of $350,000. Another need is scholarships for 10 pastors to obtain their bachelors degree. The cost is $5000 per scholarship for a total of $50,000.
